Welcome to the Saskatoon Nephrology Group (SNG) web site. SNG has been providing kidney health care to residents of Saskatoon and surrounding areas for many decades.

We offer diagnosis and/or treatment for:

Electrolyte disturbances
Acute kidney injury (AKI) & Chronic kidney disease (CKD)
Kidney failure, including treatment with hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home hemodialysis, conservative care
